Workforce development manager will assist with vital projects


Jennifer Tuttle is the new Workforce Development Manager for the Sioux Falls Development Foundation. She will coordinate with Lon Clemensen, SFDF vice president of workforce development, to carry out talent attraction strategies for the Sioux Falls area, as well as research and analysis to help develop new initiatives for workforce challenges.

           

 

“With workforce development identified as a current priority statewide, we have added a talented individual to the team,” Clemensen said. “Jennifer’s leadership skills and human resources experience mean that she will hit the ground running and be a valued asset as we deal with the challenge of talent attraction.”

           

 

Most recently, Tuttle was Human Relations Specialist for the City of Sioux Falls. Prior to that she worked as leadership and management coordinator for the Great Plains Technology Center in Lawton, Oklahoma and in human resources for the Fargo VA Medical Center.

           

 

“With so many resources now focused on workforce development in Sioux Falls, this is an exciting time to join the team,” Tuttle said. “I look forward to working with Lon and other community leaders to provide innovative workforce solutions for our region.”
