Lynch named to Forward Sioux Falls position

Mike Lynch has been chosen as the new director of investor relations for Forward Sioux Falls. He will be responsible for managing investor relations, securing new investors, coordinating special events and promoting the Forward Sioux Falls program. The most recent five-year campaign raised more than $15.5 million from the business community and will be used to leverage workforce attraction, retention and development.

Lynch served as the public affairs and research manager for the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce for the past three years. He has been the staff liaison for the Chamber Community Appeals Committee, a role that he will continue in his new position.

Forward Sioux Falls is a partnership between the Chamber and the Sioux Falls Development Foundation, and is funded by contributions from public and private sectors. Lynch succeeds Carolyn Winchell, who resigned earlier this year.
