SDSU's passing rate for first-time candidates taking the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination was 100 percent, and the school was one of only six programs in the nation to achieve that percentage.
The 69 students in the Class of 2010 had an average exam score of 111.97, compared to a national average of 103.6.
During the past five years, the SDSU pharmacy program ranks fourth nationally with a first-time pass rate of 99.01 percent.
