Twin City Fan expands Sioux Falls operations

Twin City Fan & Blower, an industry-leading designer and manufacturer of high quality commercial and industrial fans, is expanding their operations in Sioux Falls. The company has leased 50,000 square feet in the Dakotaland Autoglass building at 2009 East 39th Street North and is installing $1 million in equipment in the facility, which will be used as a metal spinning operation and fabrication shop supporting other Twin City Fan manufacturing locations.

Worthington Ag parts to construct new warehouse

A Minnesota company which occupied its new facility in Sioux Empire Development Park VII last October is building a warehouse at its Sioux Falls complex. Worthington Ag Parts is an international supplier of new, rebuilt and salvaged parts for tractors, combines and other agricultural equipment from 15 locations in North America and five locations in Australia. The company’s Parts Express Export and Capello Corn Head divisions are based at their Sioux Falls center, where the new $1.3 million warehouse is expected to create eight new jobs.
